  I'm giving them a provisional 5 stars because I've only used their service department. No complaints, they are prompt, provide great shuttle service, reasonably/competitively priced and their suggested service was spot on, they made no attempt to push anything that wasn't necessary.
  
  I'd even go so far as to say I think they really wanted me to be happy with their service.
