  Aweful. Terrible service. Incompetent staff. Pushy. I have bought 95% of my collection from a Zales at another location. Staff were professional and competent. I would not recommend a purchase from this store. Better off online or with another store. This store is now under new management with new staff. Seem to be more competent. Only time will tell

  I have purchased a lot from this store and always had great service. The people working here are always so nice and helpful. Think they need more employees cause I have had to wait a while. I will continue to purchase my jewelry from this store ,they are willing to work with you and make a deal.
