  Terrible experience. They shipped the lanterns with the glass next to the side of the box. When I opened it I said, wow, don't know who that would make it through the mail. Well sure enough, the glass was broken. When I called Melrose they wouldn't just ship me a new piece of glass. They said I had to file a claim bla, bla, bla....

  Terrible company. I ordered 5 items, none of which were large or heavy; I was charged 30% shipping. When I called about it, they were not helpful and said that was standard. I have a retail store and that is not standard.
  
  One item was backordered, I called to check on it and was told that it would ship that day. After a week, I called to say that I hadn't received it. I was told that it hadn't left and they had no idea why not.
