I called for an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation & warranty check. I also had a place where the carpeting had come loose at the front passenger side. They were able to fit me in within a day or two. When I arrived (I am handicapped & use a walker), one of the clerks showed me to the waiting area & since I do use a walker, brought me a cup of coffee. I settled in for an hour or two of waiting. Forty minutes later, she returned with my invoice & key fob. I asked, "Okay, what needs to be done?" She said everything had already been done & I was good to go. I asked for the total I owed, & she reminded me that I was still under warranty & so there was no charge. I knew that, of course, but still expected to be charged for the oil or the carpet or something. She was gracious, polite, helpful, and competent. It was an altogether pleasant experience. I've bought several cars here (the first was in 1964), & if I need another, this is where I'll do my shopping!!
